More Details About the Extreme Makeover Home Edition With Free Charity Cars

Meet The Gaston Family
From Pensacola Florida
This is the family whom Free Charity Cars teamed up with Extreme Makeover Home Edition to provide a vehicle to.
The Episode will air December 12, 2010 8pm EST 7pm CST  on ABC

Unfortunately due to a contract that Extreme Makeover Home Edition has with Ford they are unable to broadcast Free Charity Cars actually giving the family the car. They will be listed on their site, in the rolling credits and allowed to use their logo but again will not actually be shown on the show awarding the family their vehicle.
I hope everyone will be watching!

Free Charity Cars Teams Up With Extreme Makeover Home Edition

Free Charity Cars has teamed up with Extreme Makeover Home Edition just recently to donate a car to a struggling family. According to Brian the show will air in December!

The Original 1-800-Charity Cars Helps out "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"
Orlando - ABC's award winning television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition transforms the lives of struggling families with the gift of a beautiful new home. America's award winning charity The Original 1-800-Charity Cars transforms the lives of struggling families with the gift of a free charity car. This week the wish granting enterprises have teamed up to transform the lives of a struggling Florida family with the dual blessings of a beautiful new home and a critically needed car.

"Working with the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition staff was inspirational" reflected Brian Menzies, CEO of 1-800-Charity Cars. "It was a beautiful and bonding experience. Everyone involved instinctively understood that the experience of helping others transforms the giver." He added, "The families we help are indeed fortunate but, truth be told, we really are the lucky ones...The joy truly is in the giving".

The Original 1-800-Charity Cars, www.800CharityCars.org , has provided over 4000 free vehicles to struggling families all across America. The national nonprofit has recently launched its free car / social networking website, www.FreeCharityCars.org , which was designed to make the process of choosing who receives a free vehicle as fair as possible by providing a forum where individuals can engage the public and pro-actively pursue their dream of car-ownership. As a result of the phenomenal popularity of its website brimming with a plethora of heart wrenching and heartwarming stories, this unique, one-of-a-kind charity may even have a television show in its future modeled after Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

Why Free Charity Cars Is Not Involved With The BBB

I saw Brian's status and wanted to share with all of you what he said and the link he provided as to why Free Charity Cars is not involved with the BBB.

Brian / FREE Charity Cars Watch this to understand why we are not involved with the BBB. (Look for "Do BBB members get better ratings")http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/ Our apologies-the site is a mess...NEVER EVER call our staff unless you have been chosen to receive a car!!! STAY ACTIVE ON THE WEBSITE! Unfortunately, many times we must pass over members who have not logged in for a month or more and if only they had stayed active they would have received a car!!! Always remember that we are all in this together so please be kind to everyone on our website...Practice the golden rule..."Do unto others as you would have them do unto you..." Friday
11:57 PM

Very disturbing information and I can completely understand why no one would want to be a part of the BBB.
